Gymnasium and high school for girls
Gymnasium and high school students were typically between 14 and 20 years old. A gymnasium student in September 1941 was likely born between 1921 and 1927.
The gymnasium and high school for girls was located on Otylii. The street name was changed to Ottilienstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See
www.lodz-ghetto.com for a map of Otylii and the rest of the Lodz ghetto.

Good job. I think you have a match. Note that her ghetto addresses are listed as ALTMARKT 12 8 and HANSEATEN 30 69. Her occupation is student / Schuelerin. There is a date entered in the ghetto note field -- 19.1.43 -- but it is unclear whether this is a reference to change of address, deportation, or other event. Nonetheless, it suggests that Malka was alive at least until January 1943, meaning she survived the massive roundups for deportation to Chelmno during 1942.

I have to mark this entry as "possible." We simply do not have enough information to confirm that M. Ingber was deported or transferred out of the ghetto on January 19, 1943. Unfortunately, the note in the database does not tie a specific event to the date. On the other hand, I believe you are correct about Matla/Malka's mother being Ita. Note that Ita was deported to Chelmno during the Gehsperre action of September 1942.
