I think it is overwhelmingly likely that you are correct that Sara Klar was the student who signed the album "S. Klar." She would have been 15 years old and is listed as having the occupation of "Schuelerin." However, there is a small chance that Szejwa Klar (b. 1922) was our girl; so, let's keep that in mind. Still the evidence is strong enough in my mind to mark this as "confirmed."

Sara Klar was on Transport 2 of a deportation to Chelmno on January 17, 1942. There were 14 transports between January 16-29. The people on these transports were killed in gas vans and were never registered as prisoners.

Good research and good use of secondary sources. FYI - It is not necessary to list a deportation/transport date as a "change of address." Only the one entry will do.
