When I searched for C. Gips 5 matches came up but only 3 girls (the same girl) fit the years 1921 and 1927. The best match was Cypora Gips born 20 Nov 1926, and 25 Jan 1927. She lived at Bierstrasse, 13, 15, Sulzfelderstrasse, 58, 13, and Basargasse, 9, 15.

I only found one person living with Cypora and she was Maria Gips born 15/11/1900. I couldn't find anymore information Cypora or her mother.
