User Comment:
I believe that this M. Jachimowicz (one of two) is Icko Majer Jachimowicz as his birthdate fits the profile and he is listed as a Schueler (student) as of 1941. Additionally, the other lead possibility I found, who must be this M. Jachimowicz's older brother, Mojzesz Jachimowicz, does not have a birthdate that matches the profile of this M. Jachimowicz. Finally, addressing the discrepancy between Icko Majer Jachimowicz's first name and M. Jachimowicz's initial, I believe it to be quite possible that he signed his middle initial in place of his first name, specifically because he is listed as a student and their is not an I. Jachimowicz listed as having signed the album, meaning either the album is somehow missing Icko Majer Jachimowicz's signature, or he did not sign it using his first name or initial.

I agree it is possible that this person signed this name in the album. Again, since the lists on this site are still incomplete, it is possible that we will find an I. Jachimowicz in a future list; however, for the moment, I will mark this research as possible.

User Comment:
Based on the fact that their residence information matched Mojzesz Jachimowicz's exactly, I surmised that Chaim Boruch Jachimowicz, Frajda Jachimowicz, Mojzesz Jachimowicz, and Abram Josef Jachimowicz were family members of Icko Majer Jachimowicz (or M. Jachimowicz). Based on their birthrates, I further surmised that Chaim Boruch, born July 22 1898 was the father of this family, Frajda, born July 1 1897, was the mother, Mojzesz, born 10 January 1926, was the eldest child, followed by his two younger brothers, Abram Josef, born 15 February 1927, and Icko Majer, born 21 July 1931.
