The name Mordechai seemed to easily be misread, as the "i" at the end can look like a j when written. This lead me to make an educated guess and assume that Mordechaj Jakubowicz and Mordechai Jajubowicz are the same person. Mordechaj's birth date also fell within the range of what School 15B's listed.
