Gymnasium and high school for girls
Gymnasium and high school students were typically between 14 and 20 years old. A gymnasium student in September 1941 was likely born between 1921 and 1927.
The gymnasium and high school for girls was located on Otylii. The street name was changed to Ottilienstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See
www.lodz-ghetto.com for a map of Otylii and the rest of the Lodz ghetto.

User Comment:
While there is no one named Fela Saromf in the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants databases, there were a few girls named Saurompf who lived in the same apartment on Siegfried Strasse.
Feiga Saurompf lived at Siegfried 18 13 (ie, Siegried Strasse 18 Flat 13). So did Mindla Saurompf (born in 1923).
Solely because the names sound similar, I'm guessing that Feiga is more likely to have been Fela than Mindla is. That's all I have to go on at this point.

I think based on the names that came up, Fela is the most likely candidate so far. As you continue on the next four stages of research, try to find additional information that can confirm that the two girls are one (i.e. same address/birthdate/parents, etc.) As is, I have to mark this as possible, but I think you're on the right track. Good job!
