The gymnasium and high school for boys was located on Otylii. The street name was changed to Ottilienstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See

This is a tough one. There appear to be two young men, either of whom could be the M. Micenmacher who signed the album. One is the person you found -- Mordka Josek Micenmacher. According to the Lodz Ghetto Database, he was born 29/07/1925. According to the database of Lodz Transports to Chelmno in 1944, he was born in 1923. Both give his ghetto address as being Franz Strasse 36 Flat 60. The other young man was named Moszek or Moniek Micenmacher. He was born on 13/02/1926 and lived at Sulzfelder Strasse 51 Flat 22 in the ghetto. He was deported from the ghetto on transport 3/2. His occupation was listed as schueler (student).
