I went to the museum data base and searched the name.I found her birthday.She was the only one that fit the time period given.
Approver Comment:
I agree that this is the likeliest candidate for the Sara Fuks who signed the album; in 1941 she would have been 11 years old, the right age to be attending school #10b. Also note her addresses: Kelmstrasse 2A and Schlaget 10.
The only other possibility I see is a Sura Fuks, born in February 1931--we have noticed a lot of Sura/Sara analogues in this research. Check her out and let us know what you think.
