The last name of this child is spelled slightly different, with a "wisch" at the end instead of "wicz". I believe this is still Jehuda, as the spelling difference could just be a result of an incorrect translation or spelling. Further information that makes me believe this is indeed Jehuda is that the birthday fits correctly.

As you suggest, he would have been the right age to attend school #20a in 1941, and -wisch and -wicz are pronounced roughly the same, so it is not surprising to see these spellings use interchangeably.
