The last name of this child is spelled slightly different, with a "wisch" at the end instead of "wicz". I believe this is still Jehuda, as the spelling difference could just be a result of an incorrect translation or spelling. Further information that makes me believe this is indeed Jehuda is that the birthday fits correctly.

I agree you have found the student who signed the album! As you suggest, he would have been the right age to attend school #20a in 1941, and -wisch and -wicz are pronounced roughly the same, so it is not surprising to see these spellings use interchangeably.
