User Comment:
I searched the database for the exact last name of Kupferminc, and I found two matches for the most suitable candidate for having signed the album. Herszel and Hersz (I believe that this may just be a shortened version of the name Herszel) share a birthdate of October 5, 1927. Hersz has addresses listed at both Franz street addresses, but Herszel has addresses listed at Nordstrasse and Matrosen. Herszel is listed as an Arbeiter under his notes, but Hersz is listed as a Schueler. There is an moving date listed in the notes under Herszel of 23. 02. 1942 for the Franz 26 address (I believe based on the notes), and a registration date of 26.02.1942 listed under the notes for Hersz.

I agree with all of your conclusions. Both of these records point to the same person, and the moving date is definitely to Franzstrasse 26 for the Herszel record. I look forward to seeing what you find in the next stages--don't forget to add the dates there, too.
