Lajb strikes me as the best match from names found in the database. He was a student born between 1926 and 1931. There are others who were born in 1925 ( ie, Another Lajb and Luzer). And there is a Chaim Lajb who was born in 1926. But given the name, the birthdate and the fact that he was a student, this Lajb seems the best overall match.

Did you consider Lajbus/Lejbusz Majerowicz, born in 1931, listed as a Schueler? I agree that the Lajb you found falls right in the middle of the age range for school #12B, making him an excellent candidate, but I do not think we can rule out Lajbus.
