User Comment:

I ran an exact search for the last name Edelkopf in the general name database, and found 4 entries (besides Luzer) who lived at the exact address listed in Luzer's entry (Tal 11 23). Jakob and Szajndla Edelkopf, born in 1903 and 1902 respectively, would have been in their early 20s in 1927 when Luzer was born. Their ages, and the fact that they shared an address with Luzer, led me to the conclusion that they may have been Luzer's parents. Mojsze (born 1937) and Abram (born 1929) Edelkopf were also listed at the address Tal 11 23, so it seems that they may have been Luzer's younger brothers.

Expert Reviewer Comment:
Again, your research methods and notes seem right on target. Two points: it is also a good idea to run a fuzzy search on last names, though in this case it does not bring up additional possibilities. Also, what did you make of the additional address (Tal 23) listed in all of these cases? It is very similar to the first address, and may even be the same address, but you have not commented on this. I hope you will continue to research this student and his family.

I agree with your conclusions about Luzer's family. Best of luck finding more information in the next stages.
