I believe this is the same person, as the last names Meizler and Majzler can easily be variations of each other, or could be the product of handwriting that could be illegible. I believe this is the person, because the it is the only name close to the the student name that was searched.

I agree this is most likely the person who signed the album. As you suggest, Meizler and Majzler are two different ways to spell the same name, and Minia and Mina are very similar. In addition, in 1941 Minia would have been 9 years old, the right age to be at school #9a.
