Mania Landsztok shown here is the only person of that surname at that address. Her age points to her being the girl who signed the book. According to the Lodz Ghetto list she moved from Franzstrasse to Weisenhaus . Block Number 10 Orphanage Franz Street Number 85 was an orphanage in the ghetto.
UPDATE on above: this does not indicate a move, simply that she lived at an orphanage at that address.
