I believe this is Lea. The occupation is listed as shueler and the date of birth fits the age for her school time line date of birth. I believe she may have gone by her middle name or something. She is the only one in the lodz database with the last name Kaczka and Lea in the name. I believe that Esra Lajb Kaczka is a family member as the first adress is the same and they share the same last name. I think that he may be an uncle as there is a 50 year age gap between him and Lea. I believe Frajda Rywka Kaczka is her sister as they have the same addresses and transport date and number. They are also only two years apart.

I can't determine to where she was deported to because in the secondary sources there is no record of a transport on the date listed so either this date is for something else maybe just a move but I cannot determine the transport as of now.
