User Comment:

When I searched, there was only 1 result and she was about the right age. There was a note that said "AUSG 12.9.42" (date of deportation?)

Approver Comment:
I agree this is the person most likely to have signed this name in the album. As you suggest, in 1941 she would have been 10 years old, the right age to attend school #4b.

Note that there is also a Meiszla Krymylowski living at the same address, born in the same year. What do you think about her?

User Comment:

I found 5 other people living at the same address as Mirla. Dawid Ber (b 1902, d 02/09/1942) and Ruchel (b 1899, d 03/07/1942) who I assume are her parents. There is also Benjamin (b 1930), Gitla (b 1938) and Rajzyl (b 1938) who were all deported on 12/09/1942.

Approver Comment:
I agree these are Mirla's likely family members, for all the reasons you suggest. Again, take a look at Meiszla and see what you find under her last name as well.

You can use the secondary source materials listed on this stage to determine the destination of deportations in the first two weeks of September 1942.
