User Comment:

When I searched "Lea Goldsztajn" I got two results of names with the exact same spelling.  I was able to differentiate this Lea Goldsztajn because her birth year of 1932 fits in the window of 1929-1934 that school #4A called for.  The other Lea Goldsztajn was born in 1936, thus would have been too young to attend this school.

Through the search I was led to a blog where people comment asking for information on certain families in the Holocaust through USHMM, the post read, “I am looking for family members Goldsztajn / Goldstein.  My great-grandfather Jacob Goldsztajn Lask was born in Poland; called his wife Gila Jaskola.  They had 2 son and 4 girls.  My grandfather: Szmul Goldsztajn has become Samuel Goldstein is one of their son, other children have gone to New York, Samuel remained in France in 1923.  The family lived in Lodz.” I was unable to connect Lea to this family but I thought it was something worth commenting on.

There are a few other candidates for a Lea/Laja Goldsztajn born within the right age range for school #4a, including a Sala Lea Goldstajn, who shares this Lea's birthdate (I think these two are the same person, but there are a few other candidates as well). What do you think about the other possibilities?

User Comment:

Lea, Gitla (1908), and Chiel (1898) all lived at the same addresses and that led me to believe that they are her parents.  The same procedure can be used to connect Marja as Lea's sister.

Expert Reviewer Comment:
Thank you for adding Lea's family members to the record. Good luck in the next stages!

I agree this information is correct for 1932 Lea. Have you been able to find any information about the other possible candidates who might have signed this name?
