Gymnasium and high school for boys
Gymnasium and high school students were typically between 14 and 20 years old. A gymnasium student in September 1941 was likely born between 1921 and 1927.
The gymnasium and high school for boys was located on Otylii. The street name was changed to Ottilienstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See
www.lodz-ghetto.com for a map of Otylii and the rest of the Lodz ghetto.

User Comment:
For S. Miller I found SZLAMA MILLER as a possible candidate to have signed the album. He was born 17/02/1925 and he lived at KUHLE 14 flat 13 and West 65. He moved on 20.10.42 to RAUCH 21.

I agree that this is the most likely match in the database. In 1941 Szlama would have been 16 years old, the right age to attend the Gymnasium and high school for boys.

User Comment:
For Szlama's family I found Chaja Miller born 16/01/1897 and his brother Szmul Boruch born 29/10/1929. I couldn't find any more information on Szlama or his family.

Thank you for adding his family to the record. Can you find out more about their fate on the next stages?
