I believe that B. Lewinson is Bascia Lewinson because all of the necessary information fits into the decription of attendees in school #17B. School #17B was an all female school for girls between the ages of 9-15 putting their birthdates in the range of 1926-1932. Bascia was born on August 8, 1928 which would put her in the appropriate age range for girls who were in attendance at school #17B.
