I believe Sz. Wroblewska was Szajna Gita Wroblewska born July 2, 1929 and she lived at Altmarkt 4 Flat 3 and Buschlinie 7 and she had a ghetto note saying Altmarkt 3. I'm guessing on an unknown date she moved to Altmarkt 3 and she also appears as Szejna Gita Wroblewska and with the same birthdate and Altmarkt 4 Flat 3 address.

I found the following people living at Altmarkt 4 3 and I'm guessing they are Szajna's parents. Moszek Hersz Wroblewski born 10/09/1877 and Malka Wroblewska born 22/08/1893.

Moszek and Malka also lived at the same address on Bushlinie 7 and has the same ghetto note for Altmarkt 3. So, they are almost certainly related. I don't see anyone else who would be a suitable match for her parents; so, I think you are probably correct. Good catch!
