User Comment:
I believe that while the student is listed as "Anka" this may just be a nickname for "Anna". I found no listings in the database for Anka but one for Anna.

Good job. It is more than likely that Anka is Anna, and the birthdate is appropriate for the gymnasium. However, while both listings for Anna Margulies listed Anna as born in March, 1926, one lists the day as the first, and the other the 11th. The similarity in the month and year suggest that one of these birth dates is a mistaken entry, however, it would be helpful if you listed them both. Thank you.

User Comment:
Anna Margulies and her family moved location in the ghetto on August 8, 1942. This shows the family was still alive and in Lodz at this time. There were no deportations to any camps in August at all.
