I also agree that the information you found on Yad Vashem's website confirms the information on our databases; however, both databases are built on the same set of information, so it would not be unusual for them to confirm each other.
I agree that this is one possible candidate to have signed this name in the album; note his addresses: Altmarkt 11 #4 and Ost 50.
