I feel as if I found a match because Malka was born within the years of those kids who attended school #5 which is between 1926-1933, but I can't find where she was born.

A date of birth is a good start! I agree that Malka Lustigman is the most likely candidate to have signed the album for school #5, since as you suggest she would have been 13 years old--an appropriate age to be at school 35--in 1941. Also note her address: Storchen 12 #30. Looking forward to seeing what else you find in stage 2!
