The best match I found for Israel Kwiat was AZRYL/AZRYEL KWIAT. The names sound similar and he was born in 1930 so he would have been the right age for School 13B. He lived at HOHENS 17 flat 23 (also appears as flat 233) and NOWOMJERSKA 3 (also appears as 39).
