When I first started 22 names popped up. I widdled it down to two, and I chose this one because his occupation states "schhueler" and the other one did not. So this is one I'm assuming is the Jakub. For school #13b his age fits.
Okay, I added the other two possibilities. Only one has decent information. The one with the actual full birthday, has a ghetto address of Alexhof 13 38, and the last one I put on has the same birth year has an address of Alexof 13 40. Awful close.
