I am fascinated by this case. Two boys with different first names but the same middle name (listed in the database as Eljasz, the Polish form of Eliahu--the name that was signed in the album!), same date of birth, and same address. Keep track of all four names (Jakob, Icchok (which you might also find as Icek, Izak, Yitzhak, etc.), Eljasz, and Eliahu) as you go through. I'm really excited to see what you find!
