I wonder if Jakub Lapides might be the same person... very similar birth dates, but different addresses. Either way, you cannot entirely rule him out as a possibility (even though I tend to agree with you that you have found the correct match).
Expert Reviewer Comment:
These addresses look accurate, thank you for adding them to the file! Did you take a look at Jakub Lapides?

Thank you for adding these addresses.

What strikes me about Jakub Lapides is that he was born in May 1925, the same month as Jakob Lapides, with a very similar day (May 10 and May 19 would look similar when written out longhand) and is listed as living at the orphanage at Franzstrasse 76. Do you think we might be looking at someone who lived in the orphanage and moved to an apartment, or the other way around, or two different boys?

Stage 2: The Ghetto
Deported / Transferred:

User Comment:
According to secondary sources, 750 young men were deported from the ghetto to Czestochowa camps for forced labor on March4, 1944. So, I'll look for Jakob's name in the lists of prisoners at the HASAG-Pelcery camp.
Expert Reviewer Comment:
It is important to note that A.G could be deportation OR change of address. Because Jakob has two addresses listed, I would not jump to the conclusion that he was deported on 4.3.44. Also, the lack of a transport number also makes me think it is a change of address. It is worth it to see if his name comes up on a list of prisoners, however I believe it is likely that the date listed is when he changed addresses. Please remove the date from the deportation section and just make a note of it under Researcher Comments. Thank you for your continued work on this file!

Per your expert reviewer's note, we do not know that this was a deportation date; it might have been a date on which he moved within the ghetto. Have you been able to find him in the HASAG-Pelcery records?

Good use of the Secondary Sources to produce a lead... but that is all it is until you can find primary source data to confirm your theory. Try searching the HASA Pelcery prisoner database for Jakob's name. If he is not on the list, then we don't know for sure where he was sent on March 4, 1944. He may have been sent to a different camp in Czestochowa or elsewhere.
