School #1 was a religious school for boys in Lodz. Most students at School #1 in September 1941 were between 9 and 15 years old, meaning that they were born between 1926 and 1932.
School #1 was located at Goplánska 26. The street name was changed to Buchbinderstrasse when German occupation began in 1939. See

There appears to be a Aron Zalc who was born on July 10, 1929. He lived in Holz 28 originally and then was moved to Holz 21 on January 3, 1943. There is another Aron Zalc listed on the Lodz Ghetto database, however, he lived in a different location in the ghetto.

Good research! While you are correct in that there was an Aron Zalc born on July 10, 1929, there was, as you say, another Aron Zalc born in 1932. Because we have no way of knowing at this point which of these two boys signed the album, you should also enter the birthdate of the other boy. For the moment, we can only designate this data as possible until further information comes to light. Thank you!

Aron Zalc appeared to have changed residences three times in the Lodz Ghetto. He lived in Blattbinder 26, Holz 28, and then was moved to Holz 21 on 1/3/43.

Again, good research! However, I am marking this as possible until we can confirm if this is the same Aron Zalc who signed the album. Thanks again!
