While there is another Chaim Cytryn born in 1925 (also a student), this Chaim seems a better fit given the birthdate of 1929.

I agree that you have found the student who most likely signed this name in the album. 1925 Chaim is only one year off the predicted oldest year of birth for this school, so I would not count him out entirely. Moreover, another Chaim Cytryn signed the album as a member of school #20a, whose students were born between 1928 and 1933, so I wonder if 1929 Chaim signed that name instead.
