When I searched for T. Dobrzelak only one name came up and that was TADEUSZ DOBRZELAK born 20 July 1926 and he lived at a number of addresses. HAMBURG 21 flat 3, SULZF 21 flat 10, HOHENS 23 flat 28, and BUSCHLIN 86, and BASAR 1. He moved on 28.4.42 to SULZ 21/10 and again on 2.10.42 to BASAR 1. It says he was an ARBEITER but I dont think his occupation should rule him out as the student who signed the album.

I also agree that his occupation should not rule him out--we often see students listed under other jobs, and given that his name and date of birth make him a candidate to have signed this name, I agree that this is the most likely signer. Once again, good work putting together three disparate records to create this complete account.
