There are two different profiles of Hersz Ber Doktorczyk and there is solid evidence that they are the same identity. For example, they have the same birthday, transportation records and occupation: Schueler. Also I assumed that they shared the same address, even though there is a slight difference listed in each profile. One profile stated that Goldschm 51 4 and Franz 97, while the other one listed Goldschm 51 and Franz 97 11.

Good job. It also looks like Hersz moved to the Franz 97 address on January 16, 1943 and either moved/was registered at an address within the ghetto or was deported on January 19, 1943.
