I agree this is the most likely candidate to have signed the album! In 1941, he would have been 16 years old, the right age to attend Gymnasium. Excellent work! In the future, please leave a note in the comment field explaining how you arrived at your conclusions so I and the other researchers can follow your process. Thanks!

I found this information by searching on google.  I explained how I arrived to this conclusion on Stage 5, but just entered on Stage 2 as told.

Thanks for moving the information here. Just make sure that it's clear that the date of deportation came from the Dachau records--you'll have to enter that manually. Thanks!

This is an amazing find. You've discovered a student who survived to liberation through the network of labor camps. Excellent work!

A few things we now know:
1. He lived at Kilinskiego 30 in addition to the other two addresses; Kilinskiego was renamed Buschlinie when the German occupation of Lodz began, so this is likely a pre-ghetto address.
2. He came to Dachau from Auschwitz on September 1, 1944, and we know there were transports from Auschwitz in August 1944, so those dates work out (that's what 01 Sep 1944 Ausch. means). You can go ahead and add "Auschwitz" to the "camp deported from" fields
3. Kaufering was a set of subcamps of Dachau, so it would also be logical for him to be there at the time of liberation.

Excellent work on this stage. I'm excited to see what else you find.

I found out that these were his relatives after searching google for any possible hits.  I then came across the website JewishGen and it had listed all of the Majzler's they had on file.  I then found Mordchaj, as well as the others I listed above.  They all have the same ghetto addresses, that is why I made that conclusion.

Please add these names to stage 2 and cite the source fully. Thanks!
