A soundex search turned up Mordchaj (also listed as Mordchai) born 1928 which is the oldest age for children at school #15B. He is listed as schueler also.
There is another possibility in the Lodz Ghetto list: Moszek Hersz CYZYZK born 1925, however he would be 3 years older than the oldest students at school 15B so I am leaning towards Morchaj as the "Motek" who signed the album. Motek is a diminutive of Mordechai.
