User Comment:
Using the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants database, I searched for Hersz Hostik. However, I did not find anyone with this last name. I used the fuzzy search with only the last name and found Hersz Hostyk. I think this is the child in question because he was born in 1933, and School #15A had an age range between 1930 and 1935.

I agree! Hostyk and Hostik would also have been pronounced the same way. Nice work! What can you found in the next stages?

User Comment:
Searching the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants database, I found Icko, Fajga and Henoch. All of them have the last name Hostyk and share the same address with Hersz (KRAUTER 13 51 and WEST 19). Icko could be the possible dad since he was born in 1905, Fajga could be the possible mother since she was born in 1909 and Henoch could be the possible brother since he was born in 1937 and his occupation is KIND (child). Henoch perished the 27 September 1943 because of typhus and Icko perished the 20 August 1942.

I agree that these are Hersz' family members based on their common addresses. Can you find any more information about Hersz in the next stages?
