When searching the exact name 'Emanuel Rozenblum' in the source "Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants" this was the only result to come up. The birth date of January 2, 1931 puts him in an ideal range to be a student in school 20A. The Pfeffergasse address is listed as "A.M.", an abbreviation that indicates Emanuel and his family lived at that address before and immediately after the creation of the ghetto.

I agree this is the most likely candidate to have signed the album. As you suggest, in 1941 he would have been 10 years old, the right age to attend school #20a.

By searching the last name Rozenblum, we found who we think to be his sister. She was born on March 11, 1926, putting her in the ideal age. We found a potential fater for him, born on March 14, 1900. Both the potential sister and father had the same address of Pfeffer 24 11. The father seems to have been transferred to Muehl 8, while Emanual and the sister weren't. However, there is still reasonable evidence that they are all related.
