User Comments:
The notes section on Estea's profile in the Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants Database through the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum show the abbreviation "A.G." following the numbers "15.3.42". These notations suggest that Estea was either deported or she moved locations within the ghetto on March 3rd, 1942 when she was 12 years old.

User Comments:
Because no further information could be found on Estea or her family following the date given for their relocation, I would assume that she was taken to Chelmno and gassed on arrival. Another fact that contributes to this theory is that there were daily transports to Chelmno from the Lodz ghetto in March of 1942, the month and year that the Poddebskas moved with no forwarding address.

I agree that it is very likely that she was deported on this date in 1942, but it is also possible that she moved on that date within the ghetto. We cannot assume anything in this history: not having more information simply means we do not have more information, not that she was murdered. I hope we're able to find more information helping us figure out what Estea's fate was.
