It is only necessary to re-enter date if you find them in a NEW source. Since you have already entered a name and birth date from the Lodz Ghetto Database, it is not necessary to enter it again. That said, there is other data in the Lodz Ghetto Database that you *should* go back to enter here -- Eliukim Tepper was deported out of the ghetto (/AUSG) on Transport (TR) 29/2. Without a date attached we cannot be sure whether it was to Chelmno or elsewhere.
