I searched the database under the exact, fuzzy, and DM Soundex settings to find a match for "Breitman," but no exact spellings (or similar spellings) were returned. I was able to find a young man (he was listed as a Schueler in his occupation notes) that fit into the appropriate age range for having attended Gymnasium. His name was Wolf Brojtman. He lived at Kranich 15 3. No further notes were listed under his entry profile.

I agree that this is the student who most likely signed the album. Minor spelling differences can be a result of translation mistakes or simply that the handwriting was difficult to read. Good luck in the following stages!
