When I saw that two of my possible three matches for Ester Gelbard were sent to Chelmo I believed that the most possible outcome for her was that she died in Chelmo. However to try and get a little more proof behind it I looked into all of the other research possibilities on this site. The ancestry.com site was not able to give me any matches, neither was the postwar list of survivors. I then google searched her, and looked at burial records from the Museum of Family History in the Lodz Ghetto. I once again could not find anything here. This made me believe that it is likely that Ester was sent to Chelmo and was killed there.
