I have found a person listed as being in Lodz among the Poland: Register of Jewish survivors II named Fryda Klajn. Although the spelling of Freda/Fryda is different other stages of this site shows that there was only one Freda Klajn listed. Could this be the same person and if so how to we access the Poland: Register of Jewish Survivors II list to find more information. All attempts to find this list have gone nowhere.

Also on this reference there is a "Record Number: 36941" would this refer to the process of recording this file in the Register only, or does it have significance to the individual. On her Lodz ghetto work card there is a written number on the top right that is hard to read, it does have a legible 36 & 1 and other unreadable digits.
