You might want to check "Information about camps to which Lodz Jews were deported" in the Community Center. Hope this helps!

According to what I could find through the Secondary Sources, this date is consistent with a deportation to Chelmno. This fell during a week (September 5-12) of daily deportations to Chelmno.
