Stage 2: The Ghetto
Father's Name:
Kiwa Siennicka
Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants
Mother's Name:
Mirla Glinka Siennicka
Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants
User Comments:
We believe that Mirla and Kiwa are her parents because Mirla was born in 1900 and would have been 29 when she had Maria. This would be a typical age for a parent. Also Kiwa was 4 years younger and because of the close proximity in age we made the assumption they would be in a relationship and be her parents. They also have the same ghetto address as Maria.

User Comments:
There is a second entry for the Holocaust Survivors and Victims database for a Maria Siennicka that says that she was liberated at Bergen-Belsen on the 15 of April 1945. We are sure that this Maria is the same maria in the next entry on the site, so in essence a double entry.

I agree that, given the Lodz connection, this is indeed the same person who signed this name in the album. Please add the new spelling of her name that we find in this record (Maria Sienicka) to the given name field on this stage, citing appropriately.
