The name signed in the album was Tomek Znamirowski, and the name I found listed is Tanchem Eljasz Znamirowski, which I found by researching the last name (exact) and T*. His date of birth matches with the date given based on his school, and the similar names lead me to believe that this is the same boy.
Also listed in the database is the date 8.9.42 (September 8, 1942) along with the two addresses from the ghetto. I believe this date could be the date that his family moved apartments.
Additionally, but searching for Eljasz (Tanchem's middle name) Znamirowski, a more exact birthday was given within the same year (May 27, 1929) as well as another address at Gnesner.

I agree you've found the most likely person to have signed this name in the album. As you suggest, the names are similar and the date of birth puts him in the right age range for school #21b.
Note that Tadeusz Eliasz Znamierowski is also listed as born in 1929 and living at the same addresses--please add this spelling of his name to this stage, then be sure to look for both names in the next stages.
