This is the individual I found who fit the profile of Ch. Aleksander.  He fits the age range for School #20B and this individual is also a male.

I agree this is the person who signed this name in the album. As you suggest, in 1941, he would have been 14 years old, the right age to attend school #20b. The "PRZ DOM" note means that on December 19, 1941 (after the death of his parents) Chil moved to apartment 59 at Franzstrasse 38, the address you've noted on the next stage. Please be sure to list the date of the move on stage 2 as well.

I assumed that for Chil Aleksander, Abram Aleksander is his father because he is of age to have a son Chil's age (born in 1901) and resided at the same address as Chil (Franz 38 74 and Sulejon).
