I think that Hersz is the person who signed the album as Hersz Najhaus, his name is exactly the same except for the last letter of the last name. He signed his last name Najhaus, when in fact the data base has the name Najhauz, which is phonetically very similar. In addition his birtdate is the only one that matches between the dates of the certain school out of all the names that appear on in the data base under Hersz Najhauz, and names that are "fuzzy" or similar in look.

I do agree you have found the student who signed the book! Both records of him in the database seem to represent the same person. Minor spelling differences can be a result of translation mistakes or simply that the handwriting was difficult to read.
