definietely a brother, same last name and address, but there are two seperate records of him. One cites his occupation as an engineer, and has his date of birth as 10 Feb 1929. (http://resources.ushmm.org/hsv/person_view.php?PersonId=1887822)

the other, has no occupation, and puts his birthday as 20 Feb 1923 (http://resources.ushmm.org/hsv/person_view.php?PersonId=1887821)

both list the same 2 addresses which match those of Dawid
