We found out that Wolf is a nickname for Wowek, and searched that to find Wolf Elis born in the same time period that he should have been born.

I looked up Wowek's last name in the hospital records and found a male who lived at the same address and was born two years apart from Wowek. I assume he is a sibling. In the same record I found a woman born multiple years before, with the same last name, from the same address, meaning she could be the mother. (Originally, I accidentally entered her "other name," which has a different last namame)
