Added information assumes that Rolf was misspelled as Ralf based upon his date of birth. They fit with the dates of how old the students attending the school were

I agree you have found the person who signed this name in the album. In 1941 he would have been 8 years old, the right age to attend school #20a. He lived at the "Weisenhaus," or orphanage, at 76 Franzstrasse.

Be careful about your phrasing in your note--it's not that either name is a misspelling, but instead that these names are analogues of each other in different languages.
