First a result for the exact match of "Cypora Zylberberg" displayed, however this person's DOB was in the late 1800s. I did a second search for "Zylberberg" Exact, "Cypora" Fuzzy and only two results displayed. The first was the woman born in the late 1800s, the second was for "Cypojra Zylberberg." 

Cypojra's DOB is 09.01.1931, placing her within the age range of attending school #9A, therefore I believe she is the girl who signed the book.
