In the database, it is reported that she was deported on September 9, 1942. Therefore, the chances are that she was sent to Chelmno and most likely died there. In the secondary source, there are listed transports from September 5-12 from Lodz to Chelmo of more than 15,675 people, predominantly children under the ge of 12, the elderly, and the sick. Even though she is 11, we have reasonable evidence to believe she was killed in these gas vans at Chelmno.
We determined that Sara Najberg is Jehudit's mother or close relative. We went through the source "Lodz Ghetto Inhabitants" searching the exact last name 'Najberg.' We paid special attention to those who were born around the 1900s, which would place them at an age to have been parents to Jehudit. Sara Najberg had all of the same ghetto street addresses and transfers in the ghetto as Jehudit.
